Booking your party is quick and easy! All parties are booked online through our secure iClassPro parent portal.

After clicking the link, select “Book a Party” to view available dates and times, choose your package, and reserve your spot.

A deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your date. If you need help or have questions, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to assist!

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel, please let us know as soon as possible.

The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least two weeks before your scheduled party.

If the party is canceled within two weeks, the deposit becomes nonrefundable since we've already reserved the space and staff for your event.

Our standard party package includes everything you need for a fun and stress-free celebration:

• 1.5 Hours of Total Party Time

  • 60 minutes of structured gym time with games, obstacle courses, and age-appropriate activities

  • 30 minutes in the party room for food, cake, and gifts

• Up to 15 Party Guests

  • Includes the birthday child and up to 14 friends

  • Additional guests may be added for a fee

• Two Dedicated Party Hosts

  • Our trained staff will lead all activities, supervise safety, and assist with food, gifts, and cleanup. All of our staff members are CPR/First Aid certified and USAG-certified gymnastics instructors.

  • Tables and chairs arranged before you arrive

  • Post-party cleaning handled by our team

Our extended birthday package includes everything that's in our standard package, but with an additional 30 mintutes of reserved party time. You can choose how to use your extra 30 minutes—add more time in the gym for extra games and challenges, or extend your party room time to enjoy food and celebration at your own pace..

Customize your celebration with these fun extras:

• Bounce House + Slide Combo – $50 Add extra excitement with our inflatable bounce house and slide combo!

• Additional Party Guests – $10 per child Invite up to 7 additional guests beyond the standard 15.

• Toddler Zone (ages 12m–35m) – Must add in advance A soft play area just for little ones! Parent supervision required.

Our birthday parties are designed for children ages 3 to 12, with age-appropriate activities, games, and gymnastics fun led by our trained staff.

We understand that siblings or toddlers under age 3 want to be part of the fun too, so we offer a Toddler Zone Add-On, a soft play area to keep little ones safely entertained during party time. The Toddler Zone area can accommodate up to 5 children.

Parental supervision is required at all times in the toddler zone, and it must be requested as an add-on in advance. Toddler zone party guests are not included in total guest count.

Yes—for safety and insurance purposes, all children participating in activities must have a signed waiver on file, including those using the Toddler Zone.

Additionally, any parent or guardian entering the gym floor to assist a toddler or take photos (the party host) must also complete a waiver.

Waivers can be signed online in advance or at check-in. We recommend sending the link to your guests ahead of time to make the process quick and easy!

We understand that guest counts can sometimes change. We are happy to accomoodate additional guests for a fee of $10 per guest, not to exceed the maximum total guest count of 22.

Yes! As the parent or guardian of the birthday child, you are welcome to arrive up to 20 minutes before your scheduled party time to set up any personal decorations, food, or party supplies.

Please note that the gym and party room may still be in use until that time, so we kindly ask that you wait until the 20-minute mark before entering the space. Our staff will be ready to help you get everything set up quickly and smoothly. In addition, we ask that other party guests wait until the scheduled party time to arrive.

For safety and insurance reasons, parents are not permitted to use the equipment during parties. However, we do allow the party host to go on the floor to take birthday photos.

We kindly ask that parents remain off the gym floor unless assisting a toddler in the designated Toddler Zone.

Parents are welcome to cheer from the viewing area, take photos, and enjoy the celebration from the sidelines!

We recommend that all party guests wear comfortable, athletic clothing free of buttons, zippers, or anything that could catch on equipment. Bare feet are best in the gym, so no socks or shoes are needed once inside the activity area. We also ask that no jewelry be worn for safety.

Yes! A refrigerator is available for you to use during your party to keep drinks, cake, or other perishables cool. Just let your party hosts know when you arrive, and they’ll help you get everything stored and ready to go!

Absolutely!

You’re welcome to bring your own decorations to personalize your party.

Items like tablecloths, balloons, banners (for tables or freestanding displays), and themed tableware work great.

We kindly ask that you do not bring wall or ceiling decorations, and please avoid glitter, confetti, or anything that needs to be taped or pinned up.

To keep everyone safe and ensure a smooth party experience, we ask that you do not bring the following:

• Confetti, glitter, or silly string (they’re fun, but tough to clean and can damage equipment)

• Piñatas or party poppers

• Alcohol or glass containers

• Personal gymnastics equipment

If you have something special in mind, just check with us first—we’re happy to help make it work if we can!

We provide the fun—you bring the party extras! Here’s what we recommend bringing:

• Cake or cupcakes and any other food or drinks you'd like to serve

• Plates, napkins, cups, and utensils

• Table covers (if you choose not to use the solid colors we provide)

• Candles (birthday candles only, please—no open flames or sparklers)

• Any themed decorations for tables (no wall décor, glitter, or confetti)

• Goodie bags or party favors

Only registered party guests ages 3–12 are permitted on the gym floor.

No adults or children under age 3 are allowed on the gym floor or equipment at any time.

The only exceptions are:

• Children ages 12–35 months using the Toddler Zone (with direct parent supervision)

• The parent or guardian of the birthday child, who may step onto the floor to take photos

All other guests, including older siblings and adults, must remain in the designated viewing or party areas. Parents are welcome to cheer from the viewing area, take photos, and enjoy the celebration from the sidelines! Thank you for helping us keep everyone safe!

Tipping is never required, but always appreciated! If you feel your party hosts went above and beyond to make your child’s celebration extra special, you’re welcome to tip them directly at the end of the party. Cash tips are most common, but you can also ask staff if they accept other forms of payment.
